  6. VIEmployment: CV, Hired contract + Official email, for all employees & partners (if applicable)
  7. VIIPayments: Merchant is able to conduct the transaction with bank transfer or A2A equivalent.

Six Articles for Transactions

Merchant partner conducts business based on mutual interest and good practices

  1. IMerchant is required to make an invoice for transaction to reflect the commercial standards.
  2. IICosts, profits, and tax must be separated for all products and services
  3. IIIAsking price must be justified with transparent reasoning and evidence.
  4. IVTransaction agreement must be signed based on the business policies
  5. VCustomer must agree to articles 1 , 2 , 3 before sending over any money.
  6. VIMerchant must refund the transaction without evidence of customer consent & agreement

Five Articles for Settlement

Violations are primarily settled with “admission investments” of 40 USD to the claimant

  1. IMerchant must make a pre-payment of 40 USD for settlement before membership
  2. IIIn the event of violation, LLC.LLC will ask merchant to make new pre-payment of 40 USD.
  3. IIIAdmission investment (pre-payment) is fully refundable, if there isnt pending violation.
  4. IVMerchant is given three options to settle a violation: Self-Correction, $40 Fine, 90 Day Estrangement.
  5. VThe history of data for corrections & settlements must recorded and displayed publicly.
